African Safari Of An Amateur Hunter by C J McElroy (1961) is the short account (77 pages) of the author's first African hunt which was a 30 day safari with White Hunters (Africa) Ltd in Kenya. During the 2x1 hunt with an old hunting friend, he sucessfully hunted the Big Five.
